Refund
First and Foremost, We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
However, we also understand that on occasion, we won't be able to fulfill all your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a full 30 days from the date of delivered to request a refund (excluding return shipping charges and initial shipping charges). If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you would like to cancel or make any amendments to your order, you will need to do so within 24 hours. This is due to all our product being custom made and the production of orders begins after 24 hours.
Custom Products (customized on your request when you ordered) are not eligible for a refund. For standard products, non-customized, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Hype999 will accept, for refund or exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 30 days of the tracking delivery date confirmation under the following conditions:
- Item is not customized
- No tags have been removed
- Item is unaltered
- New Merchandise in its original condition
- Item(s) cannot be refunded or exchanged after 30 days.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us at support@hype999.com with your order number and valid photo proofs within 7 days. We will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that if the damage is only limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact, products will not be considered damaged.
